1. Agreement By accessing this website or engaging EditWithKaushik for any video editing service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full.

2. Services EditWithKaushik provides professional video editing services including corporate event highlight editing, real estate property walkthrough editing, and branded promotional video editing. All project scopes, timelines, and deliverables are confirmed in writing prior to commencement of work.

3. Project Initiation & Payment A project begins only after written confirmation from both parties and receipt of the agreed advance payment (if applicable). Final files are delivered upon full settlement of the agreed fee. Pricing is quoted per project and may vary based on footage length, complexity, and turnaround time.

4. Revisions Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as communicated at the time of quoting. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may be subject to additional charges. Revision requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.

5. Client Responsibilities The client is responsible for providing all required footage, brand assets, and references in a timely manner. EditWithKaushik is not liable for delays caused by late or incomplete material submission. The client must ensure they hold full rights to all footage and materials provided.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives full ownership and usage rights to the final edited video. EditWithKaushik retains the right to display the work in its portfolio, showreel, or website unless the client explicitly requests confidentiality in writing before project start.

7. Confidentiality All client materials, footage, business information, and project details are treated as strictly confidential. This information will not be shared with any third party without the client's prior written consent.

8. Cancellations & Refunds If a client cancels a project after work has commenced, payment for work completed up to the cancellation date remains due. Advance payments are non-refundable once editing has begun. Refunds are not issued for completed and delivered work that meets the agreed project brief.

9. Limitation of Liability EditWithKaushik is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of delivered content. Liability is limited strictly to the fees paid for the specific project in question. EditWithKaushik is not responsible for how the delivered content is used once ownership has been transferred to the client.

10. Third-Party Assets If the client requests the use of licensed music, stock footage, or motion graphics templates, the client is responsible for ensuring proper licensing is in place. EditWithKaushik will inform the client if third-party assets are used and will only use royalty-free or properly licensed material.

11. Changes to Terms EditWithKaushik reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect upon posting to this website. Continued use of this website or services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be handled under the jurisdiction applicable to Jharkhand, India.
